Why do I need to make reservations in advance?
The buses sell out quickly and seating is limited so making advance reservations is the only way to guarantee your place on the bus.

Can I make a reservation at the terminal?
No.  All reservations must be made in advance, online using our secure website. 

Can I make a reservation for the same day?
No.  All reservations must be received no later than 24 hours prior to your travel date.

How far in advance can I reserve?
We’re happy to accept reservations for travel within three months of the booking date.

Do you offer any discounts?
We are happy to offer a discount to members of the military with documentation. We offer a $5 per trip discount to active personnel, retired and honorably discharged personnel with over 20 service years, 100% disabled personnel and medically retired personnel.  Simply send an e-mail to support@CheapFloridaBus.com for documentation requirements. Additionally, we offer a $2 per trip, Senior Citizen discount for any bus travel booked on a Tuesday. Guests in parties requesting a senior citizen discount must provide Driver's License number for age verification (please DO NOT send your social security number). If multiple passengers traveling together, discounts apply to ALL passengers booked in party. The cardholder on a discounted booking must be the military member or senior citizen.

Can I reserve a one way ticket?
Yes.  You do not have to purchase a return when reserving however if you are returning, it is to your advantage to reserve both trips together to guarantee availability.

Why do children pay the same amount as adults?
Ticket price is based on occupancy and not age.  Since it is a per person charge, they are required to pay the full fare. We do not charge for children under the age of 3 as long as they sit on a parent's lap. If they occupy a seat, or sit in a car seat, the fare is due.

Do you provide car seats?
No, however you are allowed to bring a car seat.

Can children travel alone ?
Children over the age of 10 are allowed to travel alone with a letter of authorization from the child's legal custodian.

What are the buses like?
Our air-conditioned, luxury motor coaches can accommodate up to 60 passengers.  They are current models manufactured by Van-Hool. All motor coaches are equipped with restrooms as well as an onboard cinema.

How is seating assigned?
Seating is based on a first come, first served basis.

Are food and beverages allowed?
Snack items will be permitted along with any medically necessary items but food, beverages and alcohol are not permitted.

Do you allow cell phone use?
Cell phone us is permitted but is limited with respect and courtesy to your fellow passengers.

Do you offer Wi-Fi service?
Wi-fi service is offered by some of the carriers at their discretion. Service is not guaranteed.

How many bags can I take?
You are allowed one suitcase and one carry-on per person.  The carry-on must be able to fit under your seat or in your lap.


Do you travel in bad weather?
Our service operates rain or shine unless there is a government issued, mandatory cancellation due to a hurricane or other weather related event.


What is your cancellation policy?
All cancellations must be made no later than 48 hours before your travel date in order to receive a FULL refund.  Cancellations made within 48 hours of your travel do not receive refunds.

Can I make a reservation for someone else?
Yes.  Reservations can be made for multiple passengers or for other passengers under one payment form.


How can I pay for my reservation?
All reservations must be prepaid by credit card. We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

How do you keep my credit card information secure?
Our website is protected by Thawte and encrypted with the latest encryption technology.

Why is my billing address required when using my credit card?
The credit card companies require billing addresses for authorization and protection. You are welcome to contact your bank to verify.

Can I make a reservation for someone else?
Yes.  Reservations can be made for multiple passengers or for other passengers under one payment form.

Do you charge any other fees?
No.  The $30 bus fee is the total cost including all taxes. There are no additional charges for bus transfers.

I keep getting a credit card error while trying to book, what do I do?
The booking process is completely automated (and all credit card transactions are secure). If you are receiving an error, here are some potential reasons why:
~ Address entered does not match the billing address stored on your account by the issuing credit card company.
~ Information such as zip code, state, telephone number, etc. may be missing or entered incorrectly.
~ CVV Code may be entered incorrectly. This code is the last 3 digits on the signature line on the back of your credit card (4 on the face of the card if using an American Express).
~ Your credit card company may have a block on your account to protect you from your credit card being used online; you should call your credit card company to see if this is the case to authorize the charge.
~ Your credit card company may have put a hold on this particular transaction; you should call your credit card company to see if this is the case. This happens when someone makes one or more errors trying to enter an order. To protect cardholders from unauthorized use, the credit card companies sometimes place a hold when they see several attempts to charge with changing information used.
~ Insufficient funds to cover the transaction being booked.
Please check the entered details on the booking form and try again. If unsuccessful, please call your credit card company. Please send an e-mail to
support@CheapFloridaBus.com for any inquiry so that we may research the issue as well.

How do I know my reservation was received?
After you complete a reservation, you will receive an automated acknowledgement of your payment via e-mail within 10 minutes.  A confirmation with travel details will follow it shortly.

What if I make two bookings?
If you accidentally make a double booking, simply send us an e-mail to support@CheapFloridaBus.com and we will delete the second booking.

I have not received an automated response?
Some e-mail providers can mark general e-mails such as those sent from us as "spam." Please check your spam folder for our messages. If you have your spam filter set on the highest ranking, only e-mails from senders in your address box will go into your inbox. Any other e-mails (such as replies from internet sites you have booked on) will go into a "spam" folder. These e-mails can sit in this folder for up to 7 days, and then your e-mail system will automatically delete them.  To ensure proper delivery, please add the address support@CheapFloridaBus.com to your address book.

How will I receive my tickets?
Following your automated payment acknowledgement, you will receive a confirmation with all your travel details.  You are required to print your confirmation. Your confirmation will serve as your boarding pass for the bus.  We cannot send confirmations in the mail. We can fax tickets to hotels, if necessary. If you misplace your confirmation, simply contact us by e-mail at support@CheapFloridaBus.com with the name of the traveler and the e-mail address used to make the reservation. We're happy to send a new confirmation for all requests made no later than 7 hours prior to your travel.

What if I need to change my reservation?
Should you need to change your reservation, simply reply to your confirmation with the requested change or e-mail us at support@CheapFloridaBus.com As long as the space is available, we are happy to make the change for all requests made no later than 7 hours prior to your travel.

Do you charge for changes?
No.  We do not charge for changes.

Do you offer local transportation?
We’re happy to offer extensions to tourist attractions and theme parks as well as resorts in the Walt Disney World area for an additional per person charge. For availability on local transportation, please contact us via e-mail at support@CheapFloridaBus.com with your Orlando area hotel's address.

Where do you pick up from in Orlando?
Our Miami bound bus departs from our Orlando terminal which is located close to the Festival Bay Mall.  We also offer pick-ups from theme parks and Disney resorts for an additional per person charge.


What days does the service operate?
Our service operates daily- weekends and holidays included. Special schedules and times may apply to holidays and special events.

Do you accept international bookings?
We are happy to accept travelers from any country.

Will I need photo identification?
Only the lead passenger will be required to show a photo ID when boarding the bus.

Can you accommodate passengers in wheelchairs?
Wheelchair facilities are available for some services. However, passengers in a wheelchair can be accommodated on transportation only if they can get on and off the vehicle unassisted. The wheelchair must be foldable. The driver is not permitted to assist handicapped persons due to insurance restrictions. Please specify in the "Comments" box on the Order Form if anyone in the party has special accessibility needs. We will make special arrangements where possible and will advise if there are any requirements or special instructions.

Is there a contact number for me to call?
Yes. Once we have confirmed your booking, you will receive your e-ticket. In addition to containing all of your travel details, your your confirmation will also contain the number to our dispatch and any additional information that's pertinent to your booking.

Is the driver's gratuity included?
Yes. Our fares include a basic tip for the drivers however you are allowed to tip them an additional amount if you wish to do so.

We loved your service. Do you have a testimonial page?
Yes and THANK YOU! Not only do we have testimonial page but we are happy to offer a $2 discount to any returning guests for their testimonials (multiple testimonials are not needed, we are happy to offer the discount respeatedly. In order to receive discount, 'Repeat Passenger' must be original cardholder and named passenger on original booking.)

Terms and conditions:

  • You must print your e-ticket and bring it with you to board. You will need your confirmation and ID to board. (We are happy to e-mail or fax your e-ticket.)
  • Schedule changes map apply for holiday dates. Should you book a holiday or book within hour 24 hour deadline, your payment could be voided if such a change exists. We will contact you immediately to advise you. You are welcome to contact us in advance via e-mail at support@cheapfloridabus.com for availability on holidays.
  • We are an online booking website for registered and insured bus lines. Completing an online reservation is acceptance of our terms. An online reservation is complete when then payment has been accepted and approved.
  • We have a SIMPLE, no penalty, 48 Hour Cancellation policy.
  • Reservations cancelled within the 48 hour cancellation policy period incur a full penalty- NO REFUNDS within 48 hours of travel date.
  • Cheap Florida Bus on behalf of all bus companies advises that service will be refused to any person under the influence of, or appearing to be under the influence of, any intoxicating beverages or drugs or who is unable to take care of oneself, be it from intoxication or medical ailment or to any person whose conduct is such, or likely to be such, as to make one objectionable, a nuisance or a danger to other passengers.
  • Vehicles may be changed per operational needs.
  • We are not responsible for any fees incurred due to changes or special requests made during travel or through someone other than Cheap Florida Bus. We solely refund all monies received by the 48 hour penalty period. Our liability is limited to a refund of the monies paid to us only.
