One Day Tour F.A.Q.s
What if I just need transportation?
You are welcome to use our Key West One Day tour as one way transportation. We are happy to offer any destination along the Overseas Highway (as long as the vehicle does not have to turn on to another road). Our pick-up location in Key West is the Flagler Station at the corner of Caroline and Margaret streets in downtown Key West (approx. 4:00 pm).
Are there other trips to Key West available?
Yes! We are happy to offer a Key West Snorkeling Day Trip and roundtrip transportation.
When does the bus depart?
Departure times range from 6:15 am to 8:00 am depending upon your complimentary pick-up location or hotel.
Where does the bus depart from?
Complimentary pick up is available from the Dadeland Marriott, Miami Airport area hotels, Downtown Miami area hotels, South Beach hotels, Miami Beach hotels and North Beach hotels. You will be prompted for a pick-up location when making your reservation.
When can we choose our seats?
All seats are provided on a first come, first served basis.
Does the bus make any stops along the way? The bus makes a stop in Holiday Isle (after the end of the movie). Guests are encouraged to have breakfast (not included) or simply fill their lungs with fresh, salt air.
When does the bus arrive in Key West?
The bus arrives in Key West at approximately 11:45am. You arrive at Flagler Station at approximately noon.
Are local tours included ?
Unfortunately the motorcoaches are too large to take through most island streets so a local tour is not included. We allow you to explore Key West at your leisure. Since there is such a diverse array of options- snorkeling tours, sightseeing tours, scooter/electric car tours, train tours, jet ski tours and museum tours, your driver will provide you with the local options available at discounted rates. These options ensure every passenger is able to enjoy Key West to it’s fullest.
What time does the bus pick us up from the Flagler terminal to return to Miami? Your driver gives you specific instructions earlier in the morning when you are dropped off. Please pay attention to his instructions and ask all necessary questions to make sure you understand the pick-up point and time. Return departures are generally between 4 and 5 pm (we allow at least 4 hours in Key West).
What time will we return to Miami?
The bus begins the first drop offs in Kendall at approximately 8 pm. The bus then continues towards the airport, downtown and Miami Beach area hotels respectively. Beach and west into various Miami stops. The final stop, in North Miami Beach is at approximately 9:30 pm.
Is it difficult to reserve online?
Not at all. It’s the quickest way with just a few steps and no long distance charges or holding on end for the next available operator.

Terms and conditions:
- You must print your e-ticket and bring it with you to board. You will need your confirmation and ID to board. (We are happy to e-mail or fax your e-ticket.)
- Schedule changes map apply for holiday dates. Should you book a holiday or book within the 48 hour deadline, your payment could be voided if such a change exists. We will contact you immediately to advise you. You are welcome to contact us in advance via e-mail at support@cheapfloridabus.com for availability on holidays.
- We are an online booking website for registered and insured bus lines. Completing an online reservation is acceptance of our terms. An online reservation is complete when then payment has been accepted and approved.
- We have a SIMPLE, no penalty, 48 Hour Cancellation policy.
- Reservations cancelled within the 48 hour cancellation policy period incur a full penalty- NO REFUNDS within 48 hours of travel date.
- Cheap Florida Bus on behalf of all bus companies advises that service will be refused to any person under the influence of, or appearing to be under the influence of, any intoxicating beverages or drugs or who is unable to take care of oneself, be it from intoxication or medical ailment or to any person whose conduct is such, or likely to be such, as to make one objectionable, a nuisance or a danger to other passengers.
- Vehicles may be changed per operational needs.
- We are not responsible for any fees incurred due to changes or special requests made during travel or through someone other than Cheap Florida Bus. We solely refund all monies received by the 48 hour penalty period. Our liability is limited to a refund of the monies paid to us only.
